Grafic HU
Our most versatile emulsion. Blue dual-cure emulsion, resistant to UV cured, plastisol, solvent-based, and water-based inks. Controlled particle size results in excellent print definition on any mesh. Upon drying, lacks the tackiness typical of dual-cure emulsion.
Grafic HU42
Our highest solids content dual-cure for the lowest Rz stencil. Blue dual-cure emulsion. Resistant to UV cured, plastisol, solvent-based, and water-based ink.
Grafic PU
The convenience and speed of a pure photopolymer with the versatility of a dual cure. Blue pure photopolymer emulsion requires no mixing. Exposes approximately four times faster than dual cures. Excellent resistance to UV cured, plastisol, and solvent-based inks. Water resistant when post-exposed.

Our highest resolution emulsion. The red version of Grafic HU.
Grafic DS
A very fast exposing, solvent resistant diazo emulsion with improved exposure latitude for fewer pinholes. Highly resistant to solvent-based, plastisol, and UV cured inks.

Purple Blockout
Unique reclaimable, water-based blockout resistant to water and solvent. Unlike other water-based blockouts, offers superior water resistance simply upon drying. Resistant to water-based, plastisol, UV cured and solvent based inks. Very high solids content offers increased durability.Can be removed with emulsion reclaiming chemicals and a pressure washer.
Saatichem Finish S1
Red Blockout
Our most popular and economical blockout. Red, water-based liquid blockout. For use with solvent-based, UV cured, and plastisol ink. Removes with water.
Maprin
Red Opaque/Opaque Rouge
A negative opaque film positive touch-up.
Available in 1oz jars.

Screen Mesh
We proudly carry Saatilene HiTech Monofilament polyester mesh. Saatilene mesh is imported from Italy and is exclusively made for screen-making needs. It is a high-tension, low-elongation monofilament polyester for prolonged tensions at the highest levels. Saatilene mesh is made with special high-tensile strength fibers that are uniquely woven, then heat set for stability and durability. It is available in orange, amber or white mesh, with counts ranging from 25 to 420.

Films
Indirect Stencil Films:
The fastest and easiest way to produce high quality stencil for short run screenprinting. Indirect films are best suited on medium-fine mesh counts.
Five Star – red film ideal for quality short run applications.
Nova Star – blue polymer film that doesn’t require hardening. It is ideal for use with solvent based or UV curing inks.
Masking Films:(Rubyplus and Amberplus)
are self-seal, quick and easy peeling and provide high visual transparencies for hand cut masks.
Hand-cut, Water soluble Film Stencil Material:
Autocut Amber is a knife-cut, solvent resistant stencil film for short run, simple graphics.
